When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, business name, email address, selected service, and message. This information is processed by Netlify Forms and stored securely on Netlify's servers.
How we use your data
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss our services with you. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal basis for processing
We process your data based on legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) and, where applicable, your consent when you submit the contact form.
Data storage and security
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, Inc. Netlify's infrastructure is hosted in the United States and is compliant with GDPR requirements. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking technology that requires cookie consent.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services:
- Netlify for hosting and form processing
- Google Fonts for typography (no cookies, no tracking)
- Cal.com for scheduling (if you choose to book a call, Cal.com's privacy policy applies)
- Plausible Analytics for privacy-friendly website analytics (no cookies, no personal data, GDPR compliant)
Your rights

Data retention
We retain contact form submissions for up to 12 months after our last communication. After this period, your data is deleted.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
Data deletion
You can ask us to delete any personal data we hold about you at any time, and we will action it within 30 days.
To request deletion, email harry@replies.drancomedia.com with the subject line "Delete my data", from the email address the data is held against. Include any phone number you have given us so we can locate the record.
We will confirm in writing once the data has been deleted. This covers enquiry details, contact details, and any message history held in our CRM. Where we are required by law to retain billing records, we will tell you which records are kept and for how long.
